Martine Stückelberg assists corporate and individual clients mainly in the areas of labour law, contracts, business law and estate matters. She has built a solid reputation in representing clients in complex commercial, banking and employment disputes, both in a national and international setting.
Since 2015, Martine Stückelberg has developed the practice of mediation, assisting her clients in domestic and international mediations. She has been certified as mediator by the Swiss Bar Association. Mediation empowers the parties in conflict to develop appropriate, concrete and lasting solutions, thereby preventing lengthy and costly legal proceedings.
